Recently opened, Konview brings together the most popular dishes from both local and international cuisine, offering quick bites, sharing options, starters, main courses, and desserts to please every palate — even those in search of new sensations.

Among its most sophisticated preparations, Konview offers dishes such as totopos, which have become part of our daily lives as if they were a regular part of our diet, as well as more exotic and innovative creations like bao buns — native to Taiwan — this time filled with lacquered pork ribs and hoisin sauce. Nevertheless, the bar also includes more familiar dishes that still manage to surprise those who order them: steak tartare and ceviche, the latter prepared with cherne, an iconic Canarian fish.
For rice lovers, the menu offers three varieties — Iberian, “a banda,” and black rice — the perfect choice to share and enjoy strong yet harmonious flavors. In this way, modernity does not overshadow tradition, making this one of the menu’s signature dishes and a tribute to Spanish cuisine.

As a nod to both national and local gastronomy, dishes such as “papas arrugadas” with Canarian mojo and “huevos rotos” with Teror chorizo — a staple from our neighboring island, Gran Canaria — take center stage, earning the spotlight as true protagonists rather than mere side dishes.
