  • Conservation periods:

SKYVIEW HOTEL keeps personal data for a limited and proportional period. The data processed for the purpose of managing the relationship between the User and SKYVIEW HOTEL (name, surname, email address, telephone number, etc.) will be kept for the duration of the contractual or similar relationship or as long as the User does not request its deletion, in which case, the User’s personal identification data will be kept, duly blocked, on our servers solely for the purposes of meeting any requirement of Judges and Courts, the Public Prosecutor’s Office or competent Public Administrations, for the demand for possible liabilities arising from the processing and only for the period of limitation of the same.
